Supper at Emmaus

Five other paintings of this title are important enough to have their own pages on Wikipedia. Two are by Rembrandt (one in the Louvre, the other in the Musée Jacquemart–Andre in Paris), one by the 16th century Florentine painter Jacopo Carucci, known as Pontorno, one by Alessandro Bonvicino – another 16th century Italian painter, known as Moretto (da Brescia) – and one by the 17th century Dutch painter Matthias Stom.

Wikipedia's disambiguation page (linked above) also lists an etching by Rembrandt and a woodcut by Dürer.

The supper at Emmaus is described in Luke's gospel as one of the appearances of Jesus after his crucifixion and resurrection.
